The Product Advisory Council (PAC) plays an integral role in shaping what customers think and feel about the Hilton brand. 

Behind the Scenes left Memphis and hit the nation’s capital to shape a reception for the PAC, a group that stays on the cutting edge – with all of the last minute changes and updates that keep our team on its toes.

Strategy

 

BTS sought out an upscale hotel and meeting spot at the heart of it all in Washington, settling on the Hilton’s National Mall–The Wharf Hotel.

 

We also organized a unique reception venue at La Vie, impressive enough to show off the best of the city, while also providing enough space for stress-free networking among peers. 

 

Besides arranging offsite evening events, our team also took charge of just-in-case transportation vans to ensure seamless travel from A to B in the event of inclement weather, while also keeping costs low.


 

Outcome

 

As the hospitality industry undergoes continuous changes, the PAC’s conversations sustain the highest standards in hospitality – and receptions like this one are truly where the action is.

 

The result was several days of evening networking, connections and discussions, as well as product ideation sessions for the next generation of Hilton branded materials. And while we can’t preview those here, the fruits of the PAC meeting in DC will come soon to a Hilton near you.
