In 2015, we headed to Dubai for LUXCON, the global leadership conference for Hilton Worldwide’s Luxury Brands.

The event at Conrad Dubai in the United Arab Emirates brought together the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and scores of participants seeking the advice of brand leaders and industry experts to boost their hotels’ performance through marketing, culture and luxury sales techniques. 

 

Our challenge was to create an event that matched attendees’ expectations for luxury and cutting-edge digital tools. 

Strategy

 

Gathering managers and leaders from across the globe, Behind the Scenes assisted Hilton in connecting with the Emirates culture, while also increasing awareness of their customers' desires. 

Outcome

 

With the help of the latest interactive technology, guests were able to network with one another, build connections with global partners, and strengthen their knowledge of Hilton's luxury brands.
