MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE

Brand Performance Support (BPS) professionals play a core role in enhancing the value proposition and customer connectedness of the Hilton portfolio.  

The Hilton brand represents growth, renewal, and resilience, and it is these three themes that inspired the choices for this gathering’s venue, amenities and decor. The warm and fruitful Memphis spring served as a particularly inspiring and beautiful backdrop for three days of networking and functional team meetings, which happened between two locations in the city.

Strategy

 

The beautiful surroundings of the Memphis Botanic Garden in April bloom were the perfect mirror for the Hilton spirit of growth. 

Behind the Scenes handled end-to-end event planning for Hilton. We covered floral arrangements and furnishings, colorful accessories, lighting, tablecloths and linens, and elegant fruit and vegetable arrangements. We organized local catering and drinks, including a barista bar for coffee, and beers from Memphis Made Brewing.

Both in-person and virtual Hilton team members attended, and besides covering virtual logistics, we united both audiences with an easy to use event landing page, which included an agenda for the three days as well as single-click access to Zoom meetings.
 

Outcome

 

It was an action-packed, but seamless three days of welcome receptions, lunches, group activities, and team meetings at Hilton’s Memphis corporate office. Attendees discussed how they could harness trends, remain on top, and stay connected. Behind the Scenes were thrilled to foster such a fun gathering for 2022.
