Behind the Scenes staff has experience and skill with the full spectrum of tasks associated with event planning. From sophisticated ambiance to something more casual, luxurious or light-hearted--we coordinate the venue, lighting, decor, food, multi-media, transportation, and more to create the exact experience you want.
We also manage logistics and fulfillment projects, either part of a larger event, or as a standalone service. We determine objectives, develop the timeline, order products, manage the inventory, sort, package, and deliver the materials.
Have something else in mind? We can print simple brochures, or an entire training program. We can film and produce videos, and take product or event photos. We create showcase displays for fixed locations or traveling events.
